Over the past twelve years Kellogg Community Federal Credit Union (KCFCU) has partnered with GreenStreet Marketing for their marketing and design services. Two years ago we moved our media buying to GreenStreet and we could not be more pleased with that decision. Having GreenStreet as our media buyer has saved us both time and money.
GreenStreet currently does all of our media buying which includes outdoor, print, radio, online/digital, and television. They meet regularly with the various media representatives and for each media company they analyze the market and demographics that they serve, to ensure that we are using the best media for our needs.
I appreciate that GreenStreet is very proactive and they always seem to be on the forefront with any new media vendors in the area. I often receive emails with detailed analysis of new vendors or new opportunities along with recommendations of how we could utilize the new media providers.
GreenStreet does an outstanding job negotiating prices for us so we can get the most reach for our media buys. They also tend to receive first notice from the media providers on any special offers and/or sponsorship opportunities. I value that GreenStreet takes the initiative to evaluate these opportunities for us and then sends us their professional recommendations. We always receive our invoices from GreenStreet in a timely manner each month which helps me keep my budget in line.
Overall, I feel like GreenStreet is an extension of our in-house marketing department. They are responsive to our needs and are always quick to respond to our calls and emails. They always provide world-class customer service and they pride themselves on their professionalism. I would highly recommend GreenStreet Marketing as both an ad agency, as well as a media buyer.
